After fifteen years of absent laughs, the surviving members of the Monty Python troupe will reunite one more time for a stage performance. Further details will be given in a press conference on thursday.
Terry Jones told BBC that he will be joined by John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin. The sixth Python, Graham Chapman, died of cancer in 1989.
“We’re getting together and putting on a show — it’s real,” Jones said. “I’m quite excited about it. I hope it makes us a lot of money. I hope to be able to pay off my mortgage!”
